I am far overdue in finishing up this post, but I definitely wanted to shout from the rooftops that my dear, longtime friend Jillian finally married her prince charming!
Stew and I attended the wedding as our first big date night out since Ryder was born. It was a little bit hard for both of us to leave him for the entire evening, but he had a great time with Grandpa and Nana and we had a fantastic time at the wedding.

Jillian has such a unique, wonderful, colorful, fabulous personality, and it really came out in all the little details on her wedding day. She was one of the most beautiful brides I've ever seen, and we were so happy to be there on her special day as she married Rob -- also an awesome guy!
I will admit to calling and texting my mom obsessively over the course of the evening to check up on our little guy... he was just fine, sleeping soundly and dreaming sweet dreams. Even so, we didn't stay super late at the reception, anxious to get home and watch him breathe. Hashtag obsessive new parents.
