Deflated. But Always and Forever a 12.

We lost the Super Bowl.

We lost at the one yard line with just seconds left on the clock. We had it in our hands, and we let it slip through our fingers. Death to Bevell.

I'm not ready to talk about it.

I'm hardly even ready to think about it.

But after talking so much game here this season, I feel like I should at least acknowledge it.

We lost the Super Bowl.

And my heart is broken.

Watching Ryder's first big game -- Super Bowl XLIX.

But it was a great season, 12s. And we should be proud of ourselves.

See you next year.

  2. It was so sad! Frugal NW Facebook page said she had two young boys who were crying for an hour :( But sadly there can only be one winner and I feel sorry for the Seahawks players. It came down to the wire, the pressure of those last few seconds... oh well, bring on 2016! I'm sure the players have learned a lot from yesterday.

  6. I tried to watch, but it was sooooo late over here! I was hoping for a Seahawks win, and Ben had even put a bet on for them to so we were both disappointed too. No sports went the way I hoped on Sunday!

  7. I don't really care for football, but my husband is HUGE on it. The only football game I really watch is the super bowl and my heart broke too. I couldn't believe it, it was THAT close and nada.

  9. I thought about you during those last few seconds and my heart was breaking. I can not imagine what that must be like. I am used to it with the Ravens during the season and playoffs, but the Super Bowl..ugh. Heartbreaking.
